If for any reason you are unhappy with the product please notify us by completing the form located at the bottom of the pamperyourpets.net website to advise that you will be returning the product to us.
Please return the item to us within 14 days of delivery and we will issue you a full refund.
Requirements for Returns & Refunds
The product must have been purchased from our pamperyourpets.net website.
The product must be unused and in the original packaging. Damaged or altered products do not qualify for a refund.
A receipt is required as proof of purchase.
Your product must be returned within 14 days of the date you received it.
The customer (buyer) is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product. The shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange a product for another, it will be necessary for you to first return the product to us and obtain a refund. Once that transaction is complete, you may subsequently purchase the new product.
*Products that were purchased as gifts will be handled on a case by case basis.
Damaged or Defective Products
